Raw Material Selection
Premium sand, cement, gravel, and mineral pigments are sourced and quality-checked before entering production. Every batch is weighed precisely.

Precision Mixing
Our 500L pan mixer combines ingredients at exact ratios. Water-to-cement ratio is controlled tightly at 0.38–0.42 for maximum strength.

Hydraulic Press
Vibro-hydraulic pressing compacts concrete into precision moulds at 4–6 cycles per minute. High vibration eliminates air voids for uniform density.

28-Day Wet Cure
Pavers cure on racks with continuous moisture for minimum 28 days. This is non-negotiable — it's how we guarantee our strength ratings.

QC & Dispatch
Every batch undergoes compressive strength testing, dimensional checks, and surface inspection before palletizing and dispatch to site.
